These small parcels are usually blended away until we tasted the old and rare French variety Counoise with the historical Spanish variety of Carignan from a single vineyard. We picked these two varieties together as a field blend and co fermented in an open fermenter. Vibrant, fresh, light style and screaming for friends and food, this wine is an
